Dog Owner Rescues Dog, Then Performs CPR (He shoulda bought a Skamper-Ramp!)

Sam, a 6 year old Labrador Retriever, nearly drowned in owner Devin Thomas' pool. Mr. Thomas rescued the dog and then performed CPR. "I clamped his mouth shut and blew down his nostrils," said Mr. Thomas, who admitted he didn't really know what to do.
